Fear-Free Hospital Birth Class
Did you know that birth doesn't have to be scary like the movies and social media show us? In fact, it can be a beautiful, gentle, and peaceful process! How do I know? Because I have had three peaceful, unmedicated hospital births myself!
While giving birth is a natural process, it isn't easy- and for many people the idea of a hospital birth can sometimes feel overwhelming and even scary. This faith-based birth class will take place over 3 weekly (in-person) sessions to help you gain the knowledge you and your partner need to replace fear with confidence, trust, and peace, so you can walk into your birth feeling informed and empowered.
In this class, you’ll learn how to:
Understand the labor process – Know what to expect at each stage of labor and immediate postpartum so you and your partner feel informed & empowered.

Welcome to the Fear-Free Hospital Birth Class! Light refreshments are provided. Please let us know if you have any allergies that we should be aware of. I am a birth doula, so in the event that a baby has a birthday party during our class days, the sessions will be rescheduled for the following week. You will be notified via email in the event that class is rescheduled.
